The Mirror covered the results of a consumer trial of the meat-free product, Quorn, which was designed and managed by Dr Carrie Ruxton and her team of nurses.

21 people ate Quorn products for 6 weeks. Blood cholesterol and body measurements were taken before and afterwards. The results showed an 11% drop in cholesterol, on average.
